Made by our friends Alex and Drew Griffiths in Penn Street, only 5 miles from the brewery. This is their hugely successful inaugral gin launched in February 2017. It is cold-distilled in a rotary evaporator called Roberta and the unique process means the 13 botanicals (including bay laurel, barberries, orange blossom and elderflower) are fresh and unspoilt by the distillation process. This gives a zesty, fresh and crisp gin. We serve it with Orange Zest, a bay leaf, plenty of ice and your choice of tonic.
